My Vision..

I want to help everyone see both the physical and mental benefits of working out. Not only are the physical benefits endless; helthier heart, lower blood pressure, increases muscle mass not only making you stronger but will help to protect your bones and joints, and the list goes on. The mental side to training can be improved as well; self esteem, that feeling of self accomplishment when you do something you thought you never could! It is a powerful feeling that I think everyone can benefit from!

           Adding Muscle Mass

 

Muscle increases metabolic rate. The muscle cells in your body use energy, while the fat cells store energy. Improves joint health of tendons/ligaments. Improves day to day activity. Decreases risk of certain diseases to do with the heart and high blood pressure.

Intense Training
           Imporved core Strength

 

A stronger core will help reduce lower back pain. Improves posture by keeping the spine alligned, weak core leads to anterior pelvic tilt along with weak glutes/hamstrings. A stronger core will give you improved balance and athletic performance as well! Improving core strength is one of the most important but also one of the most forgotten aspects of training.

            Range Of Motion

 

Training with proper form will actually improve your range of motion along with different mobility drills. The better range of motion a muscle has will lead to better strenght of that muscle and lead to better muscle gain due to it being taken through the proper range of motion!

           Improved Mental Health

 

Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal.
